By purchasing and generating a Love Letter video ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video and audio content. AI-generated content is not perfect and may occasionally contain unexpected visual artifacts, mispronunciations, or other imperfections that are inherent to current AI generation technology. Furry North Inc. ("we," "us") does not guarantee the content will be free of such imperfections, and by using the Service you accept this as an inherent characteristic of AI-generated media, not a defect entitling you to a refund except where required by law.
The characters "Chippy," "Chipette," and all associated designs, likenesses, voices, and the Furry North brand remain the sole property of Furry North Inc. (9494-8916 Quebec Inc.) at all times. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and privately share the specific video generated for your order. You may not use the video, or the underlying character likenesses, for commercial purposes, resale, or any use that implies endorsement by Furry North Inc., without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for the names and any text you submit to personalize your letter. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline or remove any order that violates this.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furry North Inc.'s total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Because each video is generated specifically for your order, purchases are generally final once generation has completed successfully. If your order fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, contact us for a refund or re-generation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
